A bright, creamy fusion dessert blending Mexican avocado-lime richness with African hibiscus and cacao notes. Fresh, lightly tart, and vibrantly green, this dessert balances silky cream with a spicy, crunchy finish.
🛒Ingredients
- 12 ripe avocados
- 2120 ml coconut cream
- 380 ml hibiscus tea, strongly brewed and cooled
- 43 tbsp honey or agave syrup
- 52 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 61 tsp lime zest
- 71/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 840 g cacao nibs
- 930 g dark brown sugar
- 101/4 tsp ground chili
- 111/4 tsp sea salt
👨🍳Instructions
Blend the avocados, coconut cream, lime juice, lime zest, vanilla, and honey until completely smooth and bright green.
💡Tip: Scrape the blender sides to ensure an ultra-smooth texture.

Simmer the hibiscus tea with brown sugar until slightly thickened into a light syrup, then cool completely.
💡Tip: Do not over-reduce; the syrup should remain pourable.

Toast cacao nibs with chili and sea salt in a dry pan until aromatic and lightly crunchy.

Spoon the green cream into serving bowls, drizzle with hibiscus syrup, and finish with cacao-chili crunch and mint.
