🛒Ingredients
- 12 ripe but firm pears
- 21 tbsp raw honey
- 31/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4150 g plain Greek yogurt
- 51 tsp lemon juice
- 61 tbsp finely chopped pistachios
👨🍳Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the pears and coat them with honey and cinnamon.

Roast the pears on a baking tray for 15–20 minutes until soft and lightly caramelized.
💡Tip: Do not overcrowd the tray to keep the caramelization even.

Mix the yogurt with lemon juice until smooth.

Assemble the dish by plating the pears over yogurt and garnish with pistachios.
