
Spicy Sausage & Sautéed Green Beans

🛒Ingredients
- 14 bratwurst or pork sausages
- 22 tbsp olive oil
- 33 cloves garlic, minced
- 4300 g fresh green beans, trimmed
- 51 small red chili, finely chopped (optional for mild heat)
- 61 tbsp soy sauce
- 71 tsp smoked paprika
- 81/2 tsp black pepper
- 9Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 10Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
👨🍳Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the sausages until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, add remaining olive oil and sauté garlic and chili for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.
Season with soy sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Return the sausages to the skillet and toss gently with the green beans.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, alongside cold beer.
