- 1500 g cottage cheese (tvorog), well-drained
- 22 large eggs
- 33-4 tbsp sugar
- 41 tsp vanilla extract
- 51/2 tsp salt
- 64-5 tbsp all-purpose flour (plus extra for dusting)
- 72-3 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

👨🍳Instructions
In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add flour and mix until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
Dust your hands and working surface with flour, then shape the dough into small round pancakes about 1–1.5 cm thick.
Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Carefully place the pancakes in the skillet and fry for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove from heat and drain on paper towels if needed.
Serve warm with sour cream, honey, or fresh berries.
